- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juices
- 6 cups vegetable broth
