Here’s a Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast recipe — it’s insanely easy, creamy, juicy, and packed with flavor. This one’s a family favorite that goes viral for a reason!


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

📋 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for added flavor


🥣 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prep the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  • Place them in a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

3. Make the Topping:

  • In a small bowl, mix together:

    • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

    • Parmesan cheese

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Salt and pepper

    • (Optional spices if using)

4. Coat the Chicken:

  • Spread the mayo/cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.

6. Broil (Optional):

  • For a browned top, broil on high for 2–3 minutes at the end — just watch it carefully!
