Hamburger Potato Casserole
Ingredients:

1 small onion, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned.

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain any excess grease.
